Day habilitation programs generate new interests, develop individual skills, and promote community awareness.  Participants engage in fulfilling activities such as cooking, nutrition, and exercise to enhance independent living skills.  Day habilitation programs are offered in Tuscaloosa, Bibb, and Pickens counties.
